5 Mile Tuesday
I was able to get out yesterday and get 5 miles in. Still having a bit of pain, but it has periods when I think it might be getting better. I can tell that the yoga is starting to pay off already. I decided to bail on doing a 4 mile run today so I can do it tomorrow and do more yoga after I run when the pain is the highest. I am still holding out faint hopes of getting in 17 on Sunday....so think good thoughts. Thanks for reading!
